K Scaffolding Limited is an Oxfordshire based company, with a large yard with extensive stock levels and offices at Souldern, Bicester in the North of the County.
Founded by brothers Allan and Keith Broom in 1998, the Brothers started the company which has gone from strength to strength and growing in size daily, with over 40 fully qualified operatives now in their employ.
The company has established itself as a leader in its field, offering a complete solution from design to install. Working to a strict code of conduct with a priority on-site safety, reliability and quality of work.
Allan Broom, Managing Director has himself over 35 years’ experience within the industry as an Advanced Scaffolder. Allan is highly qualified and holds several qualifications including NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), making him highly respected within the industry.
Keith Broom, who also boasts over 35 years’ experience, is the Contracts Director and oversees the sites, assessing the volume of scaffolding required and then Supervising the sites and Operatives. He is an Advanced Scaffolder and holds SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme).
In 2011 the brothers made a decision to take on an Operations Director as the business was growing so much. Paul Ash who had worked for them as an Advanced Scaffolder for several years took on the role.
Paul now deals with the workforce and general day to day running of the business, organising the sites and freeing up Allan to concentrate on growing the business further.
K Scaffolding has more than 50 full-time employees and boasts its own vast stock of bespoke temporary roof system and specialises in this area.
We have a small hire and sales business that runs alongside the main company, dealing in mobile towers and sales etc.
